Guest Shuttle Service Information
We are pleased to offer a convenient transportation service for our guests at our estate. Our estate vehicle is available to drop you off and collect you from Gatwick airport at the North and South terminals, as well as Horley train station. This service is available between the hours of 7am and 8pm.
Our transportation service is personalised and on request, meaning there is no need to wait for scheduled pick-ups. Simply let us know when you need the transportation, and we will be ready to assist you promptly.
To arrange a collection from Gatwick, you can easily reach us by calling us directly from your mobile 01293 782490 or via WhatsApp at 07713339467. For overseas customers, please remember to insert "+44" before the number.
When at the airport, head to bus stop number 8 at the North Terminal or bus stop number 8, 9, or 10 at the South Terminal. Look for the signs indicating "Hotel and Guest House Courtesy Shuttles." Our stops are located outside on the ground level for your convenience.
You can catch the local buses from South and North Terminal, the bus no. is 20 or 100. Ask the bus driver to stop at Massetts road. You will see Gatwick Turret as we are directly located from one of the bus stop. The cost for a bus journey is around £3 per person (you can pay cash or card on the bus). Please note if you do decide to go on the bus, wait at the northbound at the bus stop and not southbound.
Upon Your Arrival
Upon your arrival, our reception team will inquire about your flight time. This information allows us to arrange your departure time for the next day's transfers, ensuring a smooth and timely journey.
The cost for our transportation service is £19 each way, and the vehicle can accommodate up to 4 people with 3 to 4 cases of luggage.
